Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return new, or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of the parcel arriving back in our warehouse. That will give us time to inspect it, and process your refund, and includes an extra day or 2 for the refund to pass from our Bank to yours. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address within Australia, and your shipping cost will depend on your location. Some locations are more expensive to ship to, and remote locations will incur a remote location charge. There are also some restrictions on some island locations. Contact us for details if you are unsure. Shipping overseas will incur other overseas shipping charges, and will need to be quoted in all cases. Talk to us first about your options.

Each of the accessories has it’s own freight charge loaded based on weight and size. If you are ordering a number of accessories in one order, please contact us by phone as we may be able to combine the shipment and reduce the cumulative cost of shipping.

Your Kickbike/s are shipped via courier (usually TNT or Toll but not limited to these 2), and will require a signature when delivered, unless we instruct them to leave it without requiring a signature. Please provide a physical delivery address when you are placing your Kickbike order and details of where to leave your delivery if there is a chance that no-one will be there to sign for it. If there are no alternative instructions given, and no-one is there to sign for it, the couriers will take it back to their depot and charge a further delivery fee of at least $43.00 plus GST for its redelivery, further delaying its delivery by 2-3 days, This additional charge is not built into the pricing, and we will be required to recover it from you prior to re-delivery. To avoid this please give clear instructions re delivery if there is a chance you will not be there.

Smaller Parts and Accessories can be shipped via Australia Post so a postal address is OK here.

When your Kickbike arrives, it will require some final assembly. This includes putting 1 or both  wheels on, and the handlebars in place and tightening them. Plus you will need to check the brake pads are in place. An assembly instruction sheet will be included with each Kickbike model, but if you have any concerns, then paying a small fee to a Bike shop, to check everything for you, is great piece of mind.
